Clean, graphic and compelling is the best way to describe
Keith Trumbo's photography, whether a still life or portrait,
a moment in time or a planned scene, whether in black and
white or color.
Trumbo started in London where he worked with famed photographer,
Barry Lategan. He then came to America and became studio
manager for legendary Irving Penn, where he handled Penn's
shoots around the world before going on his own.
His work has appeared in magazines from Bazaar, Cosmopolitan
and Esquire to Vanity Fair and Vogue, and in books, like Hollywood
Costume (1976, foreword by Diana Vreeland) and Feng
Shui Revealed (1998).
Trumbo is based in New York City.
